There are some delicious looking chicken recipes here, from fried chicken and nuggets to Chicken Parmesan and Chicken and Dumplings Casserole. More recipes will be added all the time so you never have to get stuck with boring gluten free chiickenn meals ever again.

Tuscan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients 

For the chicken

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • pinch salt and ground black pepper
  • 450 g chicken breast diced into 1in chunks

Everything else

  • 2 tbsp garlic-infused oil
  • 1 red pepper diced into 1in chunks
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 170 g sundried tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 300 ml gluten-free chicken stock
  • 100 ml white wine
  • pinch salt and ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 big handfuls baby spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley roughly chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan grated (optional)

Gluten-Free Chicken Wings

Ingredients 

Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder, gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Homemade Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce, such as Frank’s Red Hot
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Easy Oven Baked Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant chicken stock, optional (lower the salt amount if using)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instant Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound chicken breast or thigh meat, cut into ½ – 1″ cubes
  • 1 cup of water
  • 8 oz of bite-sized pasta (rotini or penne do best) – Gluten-Free if needed
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce – Gluten-Free if needed
  • 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients 

  • 6 skinless, boneless thin-sliced chicken breasts, or skinless, boneless chicken breasts halved to make fillets
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup gluten-free panko bread crumbs, I like 4C gluten-free panko bread crumbs. I buy it at Walmart
  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs, or use 4C gluten-free bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated, For dairy-free: I like Follow Your Heart dairy-free parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour, I like Pillsbury gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch, Substitute for more gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup gluten-free marina sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded, For dairy-free: I like Violife dairy-free mozzarella cheese shreds
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally
  • 3 teaspoons paprika, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon (optional)
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, plus for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, optional

30 Minute Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan (Baked)

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 2 cups almond meal or ground almonds
  • 2/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise, butterflied or pounded thin (you can also buy cutlets)
  • 2 large cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 1/2 pounds mixed fresh tomatoes (heirloom, vine or cherry tomatoes) roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup roughly torn basil leaves
  • 8 ounces Buffalo mozzarella thinly sliced

Gluten-Free Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients 

  • ¾ cup Bisquick Gluten Free mix*
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt or garlic salt
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into nugget size
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 cups gluten-free panko breadcrumbs

Easy Gluten-Free Fried Chicken

Ingredients 

  • 5 medium-sized chicken breasts (1.3kg)
  • 2 cups (dairy-free) milk I use almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour I use Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten-Free Baking Flour (blue bag)
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoon flakey sea salt

Spice Mix

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoon onion powder

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into 4 ounce patties or cubes for nuggets

For the brine:

  • 3 Cups Water
  • ⅓ Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 teaspoon MSG Accent Seasoning

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Gluten-Free Fried Chicken

Ingredients 

Buttermilk Marinade

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 cups milk, dairy-free use unsweetened almond milk, cashew or coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Dredging Mixture

  • 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 4 cup vegetable oil for frying, I like peanut oil

Spinach Chicken Casserole with Cream Cheese and Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut horizontally
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups spinach, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 4 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, optional

Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings Casserole

Ingredients 

  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (boil chicken breast in water, cool and shred)
  • 1 cup chicken broth, from boiled chicken
  • ½ cup butter, dairy-free use Earth Balance butter
  • 2 cups gluten-free Bisquick
  • 2 cups  milk, or use dairy-free milk of choice
  • 1½ cups gluten-free cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tsp chicken granules, you can also substitute 1 teaspoon of gluten-free poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt or more to taste
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup frozen corn

French Onion Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut horizontally if they’re too thick)
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Red crushed chili pepper flakes, optional
  • Pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Gruyere)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Gluten-Free Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup cooking oil plus 1 tablespoon for sauteing
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 medium yellow onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, cut into bite-sized pieces, see notes

One-Pan Baked Gluten-Free Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 # chicken breast, cubed
  • 1.5 cups brown or white rice flour
  • 1.5 cups cornstarch
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • 7 tablespoon GF ketchup
  • 1 cup sugar, can use coconut sugar
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon GF soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Gluten-Free Orange Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 3 4-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts*, cut into 1-inch sized pieces
  • 4 cups vegetable oil, for frying, I like peanut oil for frying

Dry Coating:

Chicken

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour, I used Pillsbury Gluten Free Flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch**, I used Argo
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

Orange Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce, I used La Choy
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons water

One-Pot Garlic Mushroom Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, split (or 4 small breasts)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup GF chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon brown rice flour

Gluten Free Honey Soy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 50g plain gluten free flour OR rice flour OR corn flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar (OR cider vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp gluten free tamari soy sauce
  • 100ml clear runny honey
