Easy Peanut Sauce Recipe (Refined Sugar-Free)

Ingredients

  • 7–8 Tablespoons natural peanut butter (preferably creamy and no sugar added)
  • 1–2 Tablespoons gluten free tamari (to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar or honey
  • 1 Tablespoon sriracha chili sauce or Asian chili garlic sauce
  • 2–3 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced or pressed garlic
  • 2–4 Tablespoons warm water or canned coconut milk as needed (for a creamier version, use coconut milk)

Gluten Free Cheese Sauce using Cornflour

Ingredients:

600ml milk (or vegan milk)
4 tbsp FREEE Cornflour
150g grated cheese (vegan cheese)
salt and pepper

Gluten Free Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients 

  • 1 Tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 Teaspoon coconut aminos
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoon agave nectar, or preferred liquid sweetener 
  • 1 Teaspoon orange juice
  • 1/3 Cup water
  • 2 Teaspoon cornstarch

Maple Bourbon Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup maple syrup or sugar free maple syrup
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ¼ cup pure bourbon whiskey (see blog about gluten free)
  • 1 Tablespoon orange juice or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Optional pinch nutmeg
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Gluten-Free Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup gluten-free tamari
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional, for spice

Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cauliflower florets
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil or dairy-free butter
  • ½ medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2 cloves) or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herbs (such as oregano or basil) – to taste
  • ½ to ⅔ cup vegetable broth (start with ½ cup, add more for a thinner sauce)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup nutritional yeast (see notes for substitute)
  • ⅓ cup canned coconut milk or non-dairy milk

Gluten Free Stir Fry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients 

For stir fry sauce

  • 6 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce, or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons mellow white miso paste, Miso Master is gluten free; source carefully
  • ¼ cup (55 g) light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry, or gluten free mirin (Japanese rice wine)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons (18 g) cornstarch, or arrowroot or sweet white rice flour
  • Chopped scallions, fresh or freeze-dried (optional)

Creamy Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup up to ⅔ cup real mayo or creamy hummus (adjust to desired thickness)
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon sweet paprika, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon dried herbs (chives, parsley, dill, etc.)
  • 1–2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Gluten Free Turkey Gravy Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons (56 g) unsalted butter, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons (50 g) superfine white rice flour
  • 1 ½ cups (12 fluid ounces) roasted turkey or chicken pan drippings, drained of the fat*
  • Fresh soup-style herbs, like fresh sage leaves, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and/or fresh parsley to taste (optional)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup jarred roasted red peppers (See notes if using fresh peppers)

  • 1 plum tomato, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 large (or 2 small) garlic clove
  • ⅛th teaspoon of paprika or sweet smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream or non-dairy milk/cream (see notes)

Gluten Free Enchilada Sauce | Authentic Flavor

Ingredients 

  • 6 tablespoons (84 g) unsalted butter, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons (54 g) basic gum-free gluten free flour, (36 g superfine white rice flour + 12 g potato starch + 6 g tapioca starch/flour) OR an equal amount of superfine white rice flour
  • 1 ½ cups (12 fluid ounces) chicken stock
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder, depending upon how spicy you like your sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons smoked Spanish paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) granulated sugar

Ingredients  

  • ⅓ cup low sodium vegetable broth
  • ⅓ cup gluten-free soy sauce , can sub gluten-free tamari, coconut aminos (soy-free), or low sodium soy sauce (not GF)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , pressed or minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger powder or 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch or cornstarch

Homemade Sweet and Sour Sauce (Healthy)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup chili sauce or Asian red sauce of choice (check ingredients for hidden sugars)
  • 2 Tablespoons tamari sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons arrowroot starch or cornstarch, combined with equal amount of cold water

Homemade Gluten Free BBQ Sauce Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) gluten free tomato ketchup
  • ¼ cup (55 g) packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) white wine (or white balsamic) vinegar

  • 2 red jalapeños, stems removed
  • 1 bell pepper (red or orange), stems removed

Ingredients 

  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 40 g cornflour – cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Easy Homemade Gluten-Free Tomato Sauce (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 15 oz can tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup filtered water

Easy 5-Ingredient Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (I prefer creamy for peanut sauce)
  • 3–5 Tablespoons lite coconut milk (can sub full-fat coconut milk or water)
