Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies Recipe – BEST EVER! (low FODMAP + dairy free option)

Ingredients  

  • 100 g gluten-free plain flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g butter or dairy free alternative
  • 250 g chocolate I use half dark and half milk (dairy free if necessary)
  • 4 medium eggs or 3 large eggs
  • 280 g caster sugar
  • 180 g chocolate chips I use 60g of white, milk and dark (optional)

Gluten-Free Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten free flour (we like Bob’s Redmill 1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour or King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Flourless Chocolate Brownies (gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or melts / semi-sweet chocolate (Note 1)
  • 85 g / 6 tbsp unsalted butter , cut into 1 cm / 1/2″ cubes
  • 1/4 tsp cooking/kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (sub white)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • large eggs (55-60g / 2 oz each)
  • 2/3 cup almond meal / ground almonds (or almond flour, Note 2)
  • 1/3 cup rice flour (Note 3)

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted, Dairy-free use Smart Balance Butter.
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour with xanthan gum, I like Pillsbury gluten-free.
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Gluten Free Brownies

Ingredients

  • 170 grams (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • 200 grams (1 cup) caster sugar or granulated sugar
  • 90 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 40 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
  • 70 grams (1/2 cup) gluten free plain or all purpose flour
  • 80 grams (1/2 cup) milk or dark chocolate chips*

Easy Gluten-Free Blondies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar 160 grams
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar 150 grams
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup gluten-free 1:1 baking flour 160 grams
  • ½ cup blanched almond flour 56 grams (or 1/3 cup more gluten-free flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional

Gluten-free Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup West Coast Cocoa Baking Cocoa
  • 1 1/3 cup gluten-free self-raising flour*
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 120g dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup melted butter*
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp Heilala vanilla extract

Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

225g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), finely chopped

125g butter, diced

175g caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

100g ground almonds

6 large eggs, separated

For the chocolate glaze
:

100g of good quality dark chocolate

30g of butter

50g of icing sugar, sifted

75ml of double cream

INGREDIENTS

150 grams dark chocolate, chopped
200 grams butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 x 400 gram tin organic black beans (I used Ceres), drained and rinsed
150 grams caster sugar
finely grated zest ½ an orange
50 grams walnuts, finely ground
3 eggs
75 grams walnut pieces, roasted and roughly chopped
⅓ cup dried cranberries, chopped

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 Tablespoons gluten free flour (we used Bob’s Redmill 1 to 1 Baking Flour)

Gluten-free Brownies – Super fudgy and dairy-free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour see notes for options
  • 3/4 cup (86 grams) Dutch-process cocoa powder sifted if lumpy
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (196 grams) melted unsalted butter or for dairy-free, use melted refined coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated sugar or raw sugar, or coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs 50 grams each out of shell, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup (128 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (use dairy-free chocolate if you’re DF)
  • 1/4 cup (43 grams) regular or mini chocolate chips optional, to sprinkle on top

Healthy Banana Brownies (3 Ingredients, Flourless)

Ingredients

  • 3 large Ripe Banana – (note 1)
  • 4 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – (note 2)
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter (Unsalted) – (note 3)

Optional – for a boost of sweetness

  • ½ cup Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate Chips – (note 4)

Classic Gluten Free Blondies

Ingredients 

  • 1 ¾ cups (245 g) all purpose gluten free flour blend, See Recipe Notes
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum, omit if your blend already contains it
  • ¼ cup (36 g) cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 tablespoons (168 g) unsalted butter, chopped
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (218 g) packed light brown sugar
  • 3 (150 g (weighed out of shell)) eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips, or a combination of gluten free butterscotch and white chocolate chips (See Recipe Notes)
